What to include
- Your name and preferred contact details.
- The work or engagement your concern relates to.
- What happened, the relevant dates and the outcome you are seeking.
- Any earlier discussion with us about the issue.
Do not email confidential service-user records with the initial complaint. We will agree how relevant information should be shared.
Reviewing the concern
We will identify the points to be reviewed, consider the relevant records and explain the response and any proposed next steps.
Draft for review: the final complaints policy must confirm the responsible contact, acknowledgment and response times, escalation arrangements and any applicable external route before public launch.
