A referral needs an operational review as well as a price.
We help you consider the person’s needs against your staffing, skills, premises and registration. Costing follows that assessment, with the assumptions made clear to the commissioner and your team.
The work we can take on
- Organise referral information and identify missing assessments.
- Work through staffing hours, waking-night or sleep-in arrangements and supervision.
- Build the costing from agreed pay, on-costs, travel, overheads and support needs.
- Prepare the proposal and the assumptions that would trigger a review.
Important to know
We do not assume that every referral is suitable. Where the needs fall outside the service’s capability or registration, those issues must be resolved before acceptance.
