An allegation, incident or repeated concern can involve families, commissioners, regulators and other professionals. We help bring the information together and prepare the provider’s contribution while keeping the safety of the people concerned at the centre of the response.
The work we can take on
- Prepare a clear chronology and organise relevant records.
- Review the provider’s actions, notifications and outstanding questions.
- Help prepare factual correspondence, meeting papers and improvement actions.
- Support preparation for local authority designated officer (LADO) discussions where applicable, and multidisciplinary meetings.

Consultancy support does not replace urgent safeguarding action, statutory reporting or an independent investigation. Immediate risks must be dealt with through the appropriate safeguarding or emergency route.
